B2 means the team that finishes second after the group B matches and D1 is the team that finishes first after group D matches! So, it's not necessary that D@ will be India and D1 Pakistan.
So, it could be Sri Lanka Vs Pak,WI Vs Pak, or WI Vs India. Provided of course, that bangladesh, Bremuda, Zimbabwe or Ireland don't cause an upset. ;)

It is like this. two teams who qualify for the super eight stage from a group would be given 1st and 2nd position according to their ranking as on march 2005 ( According to ICC ). So india will remain B2 even they top their group as india was below SL as on mar'2005

Team names for the Super Eight stage are indicative based on the top two teams from the Group Stage qualifying. If these two teams do qualify they will be seeded in position 1 or 2 as specified regardless of whether they finish first or second in their group. For example, if South Africa wins Group A and Australia comes second, for the purposes of the Super Eights, South Africa will still be A2 and Australia will be A1. If, for example, Scotland qualifies instead of Australia, Scotland will become A1
