Indanil,
I am away and can't login untill next 1 or 2 days. Do you mind, copying all the languages into one posting and post a fresh thread. (once after we get all other languages like oria/punjabhi/marathi etc)

in the mean time i will try to compile another poem in punjabi/hindi while i am not busy at work. Lets all unite together and put our contributions into the poetry (whatever we can manage) and someone can request the reader to publish an article related to the devirsity and multitude of cultures in india and indian cricket team. I live in canada but i still love my country India. Way to go India and Indians.. all the haters stay away.

Is there any bar?
I do not know.
Still very easy to understand.
Dada-Sachin-Dravid;
Hit six and four;
Make India win-
Good wishes from the entire nation,
To you all;
In the last cup Kumble,
Leave you impression.

Hey folks, lets everybody translate Indanil's in their own language, and show how united we are in diversified language/culture.

I am here with TELUGU version:

Dada-Sachin-Dravid,
six kottu four kottu
india ni gelipin chandi
jaati mottam nundi mee andariki shubhabhi nandanalu.
Kumble nee ee chivari cup lo, nee prataapam choopinchu.

* Its okay even if you don't find rythemic words

Your language is very soothing to say and listen.
I have very little opportunity to listen to
your language.
Still look forward to whenever I get any opportunity.
Have a nice time , Dear Rao.

Indanil Sengupta, Girish Rao, Techie Jr., Krishanmurthy Chebolu, vimal raj, Harinder Toor and everyone else who has contributed to this post-

This is the best post I have seen on rediff in a long time. You are right..it is time to stop discussing about individual players' merits and de-merits, selectors, politics, BCCI and everything else and just root for India.

Proud to be a part of multi-cultural, multi linguistic India.
