guys..i love the boy pathan..and all that he has to offer!! i used to predict a wicket atleast once every 2 overs. however,i am a realist and realise that he has lost the swing and movement..doesnt stop me loving him but i know he isnt ready to come back!!its not a case that we dont love him anymore..more like will he be useful for us??i dont think so..sorry! (oops..whats the alternative??)

Exactly there is no alternative. Worst come worse can fill in a batsmen shoes with a potential to bowl. So I dont see him starting in the first 11 in the first game. I see him playig once some body like Uthappa or sehwag fail. I think they maight play him ahead of karthik.

Sehwag will be always willing to give place to other players in the final eleven as he is a continuous failure, out of form forever. We need to encourage players like pathan and uthappa as they are the future of indian cricket.
