I feel Dilip Vengsarkar has once again shown good acumen and cricketing knowledge unlike one Mr Kiran More(who having scored less than 3000 runs feels a player who has scored more than 10000 RUNS(DADA)will never play for india till he is at the helm of things!!) Thankfully Dilip Vengsarkar is showing he has proffesional interests more than personal unlike more and rightly has asked Irfan to prove his Fitness before Going to the world cup. Irfan has been bowling about just 5 overs in his last 10 to 12 Odis and giving away runs around 8 per over...check stats if u dont believe me frnds..So wat this does is it will allow a young talent like Ranadeep Bose...to get a chnace to bowl and do so when he is in top form as seen in ranji where he has been the leading wicket taker... Tats my reading of the game....my perception...i maybe wrong...Cheers Dilip saab cheers India!

Well said Rohit...I would like to endorse your comments further...he is indeed acting more professionally...as per as Kiran More is concerned, well I think he along with Greg Chappel put together their best effort to dismantle a winning team, and disturb the Indian Cricket to the max possible. Right Arindam.Even if Kiran More were to play today he wouldnt have scored more than 5000 runs since the time he started(1983)and he decides that till he is at the helm of things one of the greatest ever one day batsman (Dada With 10000 runs) will never play for India! Such things can happen only in India!
