Mr.Gavaskar... do u want Chappel to give spoon feeding to each and every players ? if any players goes to the field he has to perform rather than begging him to perform.. if hes not playing well he can be sacked.. India needs quality players rather than permanent employees... did every chappel played as a bats man / bowler / fielder in the three match that india had played... all u ppl shout @ d couch... did any 1 hav a courage to fire at the players who are the ONE & ONLY Cause for India's dismal showing in the WC... all u guys are making this issue to politics... follow the Aussies.. im sure the WC is made only for Aussies

Indian cricket needs Chappell: Tiger Pautidi
he was trying to bring in Indian cricked was kind of shift to the emphasis from individual flair and brilliance to a kind of teamwork - which Australia are so good at - which is why he was actually invited to this country.

chapell destroyed indian team players one after another.
he first attacked saurav oinstead of working on him his technique
the he demoralised sachijn by asking him bar at no.4 where he is very very uncomfortable
what was sehwag doing at opener position even as he was completely out of form

he was supposed to work on irfan pathan but he asked him to bat not work on hi stechnique as a bowler

he regulary destroyed team motivation any player who got close to him got destroyed

if u notice carefully each and every player
who came back to the team was in form
sachin scored a century when he came back
as he started staying with the team
he got demoralised lost his form

same with saurav he came back in form but lost it as he stayed with chappell

same with sehwag who was in top form when greg came

same with zaheer khan

same with rahul dravid
have you ever seen a yaer of dravid where he doesnt score with average of above 44-45
