I Agree. Sunil Gavaskar has been a typical politician. As a player, he was no match for Greg Chappel. And after retirement, he has only commented and criticized others, while doing nothing for the game and cricketers. Chappel has been a successful coach for South Australia and has developed lot of Good ideas. Unfortunately he tried to lift a bunch of cricketers who has been spoiled by a highly infefficient BCCI and people like Gavaskar. It is unfortunate that people have chosen to vandalize the name of Greg Chappel without understanding his methods.
In India administrators/selectors/Players do not know the name of ACCOUNTABILITY. But in Australia that is not the case. Faster we adopt or teach people ACCOUNTABILITY, the better
