I agree with Gavaskar. Only after the arrival of Chappel India faced lot of problems. The problems created by Chappel are: 1. Since he is a coach he dont have any right to ask a player(ganguly) to give up his captancy because he is not a manager or a member of selection committee. 2. Ganguly is sacked becausing of telling the dressing room matters to the media. Then why Chappell told all the dressing room matters to the media??? If iam wrong then please listen Australian former coach Bob Simpson's words posted by Rediff in 21-April-07: "Chappell is a great batsman but he is not having ability to lead a team as a captan or as a coach"

GC may not be a great coach but the problem lies in Indian cricket team. No good seniors or juniors. Sunil Gavaskar should become coach and show the world he means what he says. Anyhow has ever criticized Sachin's and other Indian batsmen performance in WC 2007.

I dont thinnk there is a clash between seniors and juniors. Remember our team in 2002, 2003 and 2004. They are all united and all the senoirs sachin, savrav, raghul, kumble, vvs are all friendly to the juniors yuvraj, sehwag, kaif, zaheer, etc. The same team is playing now. then how will be the senoir-junior clash is possible??. this shows the ego of greg chappell.

2002,2003,2004 we were good no doubt but in 2005 we started losing badly in ODIs and that is when Greg Chappell took over

Yes Chappel came to India with confusing mind. But its Sel. comittee and greg failed to bring good players into our team.
