Make some one like Mohinder Amarnath as the coach( he used to play for the country, not for personal records like gavaskars, gangulys and tendulkars), make Yuvraj as the captain( he brings aggression like Smith, Ponting and he is the future) and Kapil as the bowling coach..Immediately..Robin Singh should be the feilding coach..And oh yea, impose ban on the loud barking Gavaskars, Mores and other useless selfish players

that sounds perfect. but sure the board wont listen. just look at lara and try to take a leaf out of his book,sachin.u'll b remembered for long then.
