BCCI is playing politics to play by common people%u2019s emotion. They are trying to divert the attention from the actual fact that under the combined effort of this BCCI management and captaincy of Rahul Dravid India has slipped down to ICC ranking 6, from ICC ranking 2.
We got out in fist round of world cup, champions trophy and after continuous defeat and putting the country down Rahul Dravid is still the Captain. There is no change in the BCCI management. For world cup we are putting the senior players as scapegoats without saying the current team management and BCCI had two years to short out things and they failed measurably.
We already used the same strategy of trying young players under the experienced captain in last champions trophy. We had young team, BCCI%u2019s successful & intelligent Captain Mr.Rahul Dravid and the best strategist Guru Greg Chappell? No Ganguly or Sachin and home ground, but still we could not go to the second round. Why might get away with the team against Bangladesh but it not going work in long term and the selectors themselves saying they need bring the seniors against the strong teams.
We lost in WC cup because we didn%u2019t had any clear strategy and the players were not given any role as a part of bad management and we didn%u2019t pick the right team. Under a different team management this team could have gone to semi-final easily.
BCCI only interested to show who control the players and who are in charge. Not to help or listen to the players or to sort out the long term problems of Indian cricket.
BCCI is busy hiding the fact that they have foolishly sacked their most successful captain Ganguly after a series win, while he scored a century in his last test innings. They talked about the so called %u2018taking the team to next level%u2019. Fact is from ICC ranking 2 we are now at 6 but at the same time they are keeping the captain (and probably could have kept our coach too if he wanted to stay) after such a measurable performance in world cup, champions trophy and so on.
Unless some under hand deal is going on how this is possible. Look at all the nations who couldn%u2019t do well in WC they are changing the team management first %u2013 Pakistan, WI, England.
This BCCI management & Rahul Dravid has taken the team to the next level but not in the upward curve. They have successfully transformed the 'Team India' ( inherited from great Ganguly era) to a collection of some great players. Without a %u201Cteam%u201D you can't win. If you can not build a team then you can not be a team leader. That is point where Dravid lacks considerably he is not a leader but a great follower. He has no respect from the existing senior players now. We should leave him to do the job he does best, batting for India and bring us glory. We should pick someone will fit chair of captaincy of Indian team and accpetable to everyone. Yuvraj is the best but BCCI will not make him captain for not cricket related issue

Saripalli -- from the South -- blind folded. How surprising that the South cannot think beyond idlis and the idli-brained Dravid.
But for a change, you guys "think". That's good enough.
Why can't you accept that Rahul Dravid is not at all a good leader? And why don't you accept that Sourav Ganguly -- irrespective of he being a captain or not -- IS the leader. I know its a bitter pill....but that's truth.
