1. Institutionalise league cricket. Get the stadiums full for domestic cricket! 2. Put bright juniors in the domestic league, and invite more foriegn participation. Why not offer some of the world cup sparks like Irish players, Bangladesh, maybe few from Holland to participate. 3. Get one or two genuine pace bowlers (min 145kmph) to bowl to our boys. 4. Prepare more bouncy, pacy tracks. 5. Get some old stalwarts to personally coach some of the emerging talent, like Warne to train Piyush Chawla, Murli to train one of our junior off-spinners. 6. Get a good fielding coach; no one buy Jonty Rhodes....also a good sprinter to train our boys to do the 100mtrs dash within 12 secs... 7. Criteria for selection should be 100% fitness, this to be certified by 3rd party fitness experts! 8. A years domestic performance should be weighed out and without bias, only the deserving should be allowed access to the Indian team. 9. At least two new under 18 talents should be allowed to play with the Indian team to get some international exposure. 10. Send some chosen players to the English/Australian domestic league to face competition and improve skills. 11. Prepare at least 2 genuine pace bowlers, speed only speed is the criteria, 145kmph and make them concentrate on line and length.
Keep this up and in 2 yrs we will have a world beating cricket team!! What say??

Abey Tripathy....if you have demonstrated your abject ignorance of the situation by adding your 2-bit, try something which demonstrates your IQ instead of saying something even YOU dont understand!!

No way. If you can say something for our players to become crorepathies from lakhiers, it will be accepted. The objective is not 'improving cricket', but 'improving (existing) cricketers'.
