BCCIs approach
by Atal Advani on Apr 13, 2007 01:02 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

BCCI should understand that cricket is not played outside the feild and its not a numbers game....it should also realize that ranji trophy will not produce international cricketers anymore ....BCCI should get out of those 5 star hotels and go and hunt for 11 unemployed youth who have the same height weight and attitude as kapil dev then teach them to bowl hard bat hard and feild hard then we have some hope .....not these rstrictions, and HR strategies of performance based pay these things will ruin indian cricket just like they ruined indian ethos....so BCCI get your butt out in the open under the sun and play some cricket for gods sake

Sack Dravid without delay to have energy into TEAM-INDIA and save it.

Remove all useless non-cricketing people from BCCI.

inia should know the strength of the team , means the people can play well is not a thing who is having to play at the time , we should teach the players how to play according to the situation , according to my concern no one knows how to play for the situation . so we should post a person to teach them head to lead a team .i want to say more things , but at the same tim i dont want to waste my time ......
