Make Sachin as ODI coach. Dravid as Test coach. Agarkar as captain. poor kambli come out from acting, that you can do it in a middle of the pitch just like ganguly. when shastri is as coach, BCCI already started to call all mumbaikars to be part of indian team (coach/players). name the team as Mumbai and India than india seniors or blue.
how can you make dravid as captain. he could not take the best out from a player, can not be a captain. he did it miserably in the world cup.

Boy Mumbai is the champion and Bengal is #2 as of now where does the rest of India come in Picture? All other players other than Bengal and Mumbai are useless.

India being such a big country, each state should be allowed to form its own team, which should become eligible to become a test or International ODI team.Compare it to Srilanka , bangladesh. India has potential to make atleast 5 top international teams.And there is a very probablity of all indian teams exiting in prelim round.
