DRAVID DOESN'T HAVE THE KILLIER INSTINCT
by sanjay khetan on Apr 10, 2007 12:49 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Rahul Dravid undoubtedly is a great batsman but I feel he doesn't have the Killer instinct, same is the case with with Sachin Tendulkar. We lost the Test Series in Pakistan, the series in New Zealand, West Indies and now the World Cup.

We need someone like Ricky Ponting or Stephen Fleming. Kapil Dev & Ajit Wadekar and to some extent Saurav were the greatest captains India has ever produced whereas most of the ex - captains were Failures

dravid is very good captain. team won tests in multan under his captaincy without ganguly and in WI (without tehdulkar and ganguly) and even in SA.
in oids winning average difference is only 1.2% for dravid as leader of odi when compared ganguly ;s odis success of 5 yrs.
