Legends in World Cricket
by Zulfiqar Dholkawala on Apr 10, 2007 01:28 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

With due respect to Mr. Chetan Chauhan's comments on Dravid's captaincy, I believe that Dravid has failed as a leader. People in INDIA beleive or say that Dravid, Tendulkar, Ganguly are legends but there is lot of doubt over their capabilities!! They have failed time and again even against worst team..We can say Jayasuriya, Lara, Ponting, Fleming are real legends and they have proved again and again over most competetive opponents..Indian team clearly lacks passion, aggression and efforts to play competetive cricket at any level. No doubt we have enough talent but its not utilized properly!

You're right!

No doubt Dravid is a good batsman for Tests.

But he is not a good captain.

Best thing would be to appoint separate captains for Test and One-day Teams.
