Ravishastri as Indian Coach
by Kumble Chandrasekhar on Apr 07, 2007 03:07 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

He would be better as a commentator and not a coach. He was never known to be an aggressive player. It is not the right choice. Thanks to Mumbai politics. Kapil Dev would have been the ideal choice. Surely, Sachin will be very happy. All the mumbai players would cement their place irrespective their performance. The much hyped BCCI meeting was a mere waste of time and nothing but an attempt to create an impression in the minds of the public that they are trying to do something seriously to improve the conditions of Indian Team. There will not be any change in the Indian Team. We will see the same old players, youngsters grumbling for not making it to the Indian team and what not. Senior players like Sachin and Sourav would never retire till their children takes over their place or sent out of the team to pave the way for youngsters. God save Indian cricket.

My dear friend, Sachin don't required anyone to get selected. He is still India's best batsman and he is not old yet. Many international crickters above 36 years and still playing. For your information he will be there. Sorry.
Thanks
Subhash Shinde
