As per my Opinion the total tema should change.

As BCCI has no problem in monetry the should
approach.

Viv Richards ( As Batting Coach )

Wasim Akram ( As Bowler Coach )

Jhonty Rohds ( AS Fielding Coach )

Imram Khan / Kapil Dev ( As Team Manager )

BCCI sould give chance to new promising players like, Manoj Tiwary, Goutam Gambhir, Shikhar Dhawan, Dheeraj Yadav.

Let see for one year. we might lose some money but at last we will get our price.

Better above metioned people are taken as playeras instead of coaches. They can still do better that current team.
