Please read clause 10c and 10h. The players are not allowed to do any sponsor related events 15 days before the tour and during the tour. And if player is injured he will be compensated with the match fees. during the tour what if the player is injured and comes back and does the ads? is that allowed?? so that he will take match fees and ad fees???

By paying match fees to injured players, BCCI is saying that he is still part of the team and therefore cannot do ads during the period. There is no contradiction.
