Retain Dravid as captain, Sachin should quit ODIs

Should Rahul Dravid be replaced as the captain of the Indian team?

And the answer was in the negative with 86 per cent saying he should not be removed with only nine per cent saying that he should be replaced.

The rest five per cent did not have any opinion.

Reaso ns why Dravid should stay captain

ODIs, Dravid is again on par with India's best despite the team losing its way in the later

Sala iddli sambara khake Dravid phir jayga mara murga jayse feild mein utarne, boring to see this fellow leading the team - God give senses to our BCCI buggers we want a man who can look into the eyes of the opponent, who walks in the

feild like a King - none other than Ganguly looks like a Man fit to be called 'India Captain'.

suman bhat, pls know what chappal feels about ganguly:

On Sourav Ganguly: "He has practiced most of what I had preached during the time he was out of the team. He has shown plenty of determination in winning his place back. I hope he continues to work hard on his fitness and score heavily for the team."

captaincy is given to dravid after his poor show, it indicates that mere politics is going on. Its very true, that south looby is presuring on BCCI to make poor dravid as a captain.

It seems a lamp will lead a team of tigers.

south lobby ? then what about the west lobby or the eastern lobby. all the bengalis have one agenda - forget whatever ganguly does, forget that he's had a bad patch, forget how he's scoring his runs, whatever - just gloss over everything to support him blindly.

the way forward is by forgetting lobbies.

Due to the pressure put up by east lobby like Buddhadeb and Lallu, Ganguly is in the team. Buddha and Lallu even threatened to withdraw support to Central Govt. to bring back Ganguly, which cannot be easily forgotten.

Hi, Lotiya,

It is no secret that Buddhadeb and Brinda Karat openly came to the rescue of Ganguly to bring back to the team and Lalu had also given pressure on Sharad Pawar. I have seen their Statement on TV. Even Com. Jyoti Basu and Ms. Mamata Banerjee objected to it and told that politicians should not intefere in sports. It is none of the business of a Chief Minister and a Politburo Member of a Political Party, that too, which claims itself to be the representatives of downtrodden, to give statement in support of a Criketer. When farmers are committing suicide and they are being killed in West Bengal, is it fair on their part to issue such statements. It is your choice to salute him or not to salute him. But I cannot.

Regards,
