I am one of the many millions of the frustrated Indian cricket fan but for a small change I like to see what needs to be done in a different angle which will improve the standard of the Indian cricket. Well I would like to publish this article but I am not sure how to do it.
The following are some of the long lasting thoughts of mine and it might reflect many others too.
1. Selection Committee:
Region based selection committee should be abolished and we can still have 5 %u2018Professional Selectors%u2019 who is responsible for monitoring and both local and international crickets. These selectors should be paid and accountable for every move they make. Selectors should watch all the matches. The selection committee should be appointed by the only professional performance committee which should have only former cricketers. The non-regional selectors should visit various zones to watch matches.
2. Teams We need to have a solid India A team in place. Upcoming and performing each Under 19 players should be sent to NCA for their skills enhancement and the best should be drafted into Indian A team as a source of supply. NCA is also made accountable since they are picking up only the top quality players from various levels. As such now NCA should have professional coaches in place and they should work with both Indian A team coach and India senior coach. Indian A team must and should have regular tours and it should be managed as the senior team with Coach, Bowling Coach and Fitness trainers. The management team from A team should provide regular updates to the Indian Senior management team and the senior coach must spend a bit of time monitoring the A team too.
NCA and MRF Pace foundation should be used on a regular base to improve and enhance the cricketing skills of the Indian cricketers.
3. Local cricket
As such now, every team has a Coach, Fitness trainer but these people should work with the national level expected programes such as fitness level and etc. The standard of the pitches should be improved and penalty should be in place for the substandard pitches for the local association Make every cricket association to provide 5 top crickets before every session for NCA training. This will help NCA to increase the capability and standard of the cricket.
4. Pay
Every cricketer should be an employee of the cricket board and their pay should be on the bases of the performance. Capped and regulated endorsement actives should be created by the board.
Penalty charges for every cricketer who is giving wrong interviews, wrong endorsement and of course not maintaining the fitness level which is created by the board
5. Manager Indian team should have a permanent manager and media manager on a fixed term based. 6. Coaches Indian team as it is now is lacking the bowling coach and they should consider one. Indian team coach should have voting rights in the selection matter Indian coach has to set up targets for both Indian A team and other coaches
7. Clothes and Other accessories
Every player must have responsibility use the official cloths and also should have the logo in place on their helmets and caps.
The Indian National cloths should not be worn during any local competitions and also they should not use their helmets, caps and other National team accessories.
By large, professional uniforms should be used for International matches and official matches only. This will make players more responsible for their attitude and approaches.
8. Website
Currently we have enough media to represent the Indian cricket but official web site is must and it will be good place were general public can reach the board officials. This website should also dedicate to the local cricket and also NCA, India A and under 16&19 activities. It should also give the readers to monitor the player of the week, month and to watch and etc.

Hey, it seems you are jobless. spending plenty of time in writting here. such a long comments, if you are idle, why don't you apply for the post of batting coach of indian cricket??

Thanks Rajan, I am not job less but Not interested in your stupid comment. I am more insterested in the future of Indian cricket than you.
If you want to contribute something do something properly and appreciate other people think or shut up and move on.
