Spare a thought for Tendulkar - Pavan

Spare a thought for Tendulkar %u2013

Would Ponting be Ponting we know today if he wasn%u2019t an Australian. Would he dominate if he was not playing against weaker attacks with less pressure than if he was playing against McGrath, Warne, Lee, Gillespie and the best of fielders to back them up?

These bowlers have a record, and they have destroyed the figures for many batsmen. Why do we blame Sachin if he failed against Australia? How many batsmen have dominated this Australian Team?

Is sachin the worst bowler in World or Indian Cricket %u2013 NO
Is sachin the worst Fielder in World or Indian Cricket %u2013 NO
Is sachin the worst batsman in World or Indian Cricket %u2013 Definitely No

So how come others deserve to be there and he doesn%u2019t. Do we have better players in the pipeline? Do you know?

So we lost! You are feeling bad. Entire India is feeling bad. The players are feeling worst.

People have now started crictizing how much money Sachin makes or what does he do after work? What did you think he would refuse millions? OR if this was Shah Rukh khan and give 3 flops in a row would you count his money too?

Would anyone of you like to be told what you should be doing once you get done with your work? Why condemn each and every move he makes. Would you all like your boss to sit on your head and count every mistake you make? How long would you last in that job???

Sachin and Sourav for that matter have done their jobs. Sachin broke almost all batting records and Sourav took us to the finals didn%u2019t he .Dravid continues to be the Wall and is consistent.

Seniors should retire, true. But do all have to go at once is the question .Raina, Badrinath
Rohit Sharma great finds but don%u2019t they need experience around them to blossom. Didn%u2019t Sehwag find batting with Sachin useful? Or for that matter didn%u2019t sachin when he batted alongside experienced Azhar, Kapil. What happened to West Indies when most of their greats quit at once. They didn%u2019t have anyone to build a team around. Lara almost quit. But was given chances again and again and he did bounce back and is still going strong.
What about Jayasuriya? SriLankans thought he was old, he was dropped but they give him all the support and brought him back and look how well is he doing.

Did anyone burn Herschelle Gibbs house when he dropped the all crucial Steve Waugh%u2019s catch in the world Cup. He was given a pat on the back and told well tried

Do you think it Sachin cares whether he makes an additional 100 crores considering all the abuse he is getting? Just how someone stated he already has 800 crores. Do you still think he needs to slog himself out on the cricket field and then work shoots for ads and get abused with all that money! Would anyone of you do it if you had that kind of money already . Would anyone start counting Shah Rukh Khans or Amitabhs money if they give three flops in a row!

We Indians want result fast! and we will try the next think possible to get these fast results. We lose one match drop selector, we lose two drop coach, we lose three drop senior players, we lose four drop younger players, and we lose world cup fire the entire team!

Sachin should be given another chance to bat where he is most comfortable and that is to open the innings. He never wanted to drop 2 down. He never performed there when he was initially brought into the scene. He broke all records while opening. Why would the stupid Australian Coach change that? Was it to cover Sehwag or Gangly because they don%u2019t know how to bat in any other position?

Last but not the least Sachin is just 33 and younger than 7 players in the Australian Squad.

Let%u2019s give him the support he deserves. If he is in the squad lets back him and if hes out let me go out gracefully will all of us standing and applauding. He deserves every bit of it!

I don't have patience to read your opinions, but how many players do you want in a team? Do you want 11 seniors and 11 juniors? Very funny!!

By the way, do you expect Sachin to play any better when he plays against Australia in future. He will fail again anyway. I guess, even after the next world cup, in which Sachin will for sure fail, you will ask everyone to give him a chance in 2015. Here's a word for you. Rebuilding. Think about it.

what if sachin is 33 or 17, what matters really is whether he is playing or not? Every body know that he is not able to delivery as per his caliber.. He either needs rest, temporarily or once for all. Players who are currently playing only are to be given a chance, senior or junior no matters

Yes Aussies have players older than Sachin, but they are not in the team for 17 years and almost burnt out. Time for Sachin to say bye - may be we will not have any world records like Sachins but the country could groom young players to replace him - who knows may be he will have a better average overall, may not be records. Change is always better and good. We may not have good cricket or will loose a few games for not including a world class senior player, but eventually will have better contribution from a few young promisingplayers.
