I bet nothing will change. Neither there will be change in BCCI selection Crew nor any replacement of senior players will be forceably made to retire? Unless we change our mind set in our attitudes towards selection and regionalism issue, or favouritism towards non performing players. There can not be any improvement in field.

Pawar said earlier you may see major changes soon... Major changes acc. to him will be remove coach, trainer, manager, cashier & some management staff.... Team will remain unchanged... Who cares abt teams winning n losing...Don't you see the personal records?
