Sachin was great but is not any more. Now, his greatness is only in past records. But, we have to live in the present moment. Please mould your mind and attitude to change; change is the only constant thing in the world. It's time for Sachin to make way for younger lads. He has to remember that he started his career at the age of 17 years. How many people in India would get such opportunities? There may have been even greater players than Sachin in India. People who still support his retention are the ones who live in the past glory; not being ready to accept the current realities. Change management is happening in a big way in most of the currently successful business houses world over, so that they remain successful. BCCI is just a political clout, and I believe it doesn%u2019t understand the meaning of sportsmanship, which is lacking in most of our team members. Most of our team members are unfit, selfish, record-oriented (not results-oriented) and bad team players. We are in need or real sportspersons%u2014not money minded, political actors on the cricketing field.
