Players are not concentrating on game....their concentration is on money....they dont worry whether they win or loss coz anyway they are getting the money...they start their career from a middle/lower class level and ends up in Millionnaire castle...loads of business organisation, fleets of cars, mansions, millions.............and much more!!

Mr. Jude you got to understand in todays world every thing is about money....every thing... Cricket is not like football or basketball where players get paid from club they play for.... BCCI earns a lot money becoz of these players...They pay em peanut,so Players who r successful get to do ads for different companies but only when they are successful....The work very hard to get there & then 2 stay there.....If they dont perform they r not in team that means no more endorsments,no more Money.

it is business... it is not indian cricket... it is just a cricket playing organization in india... we should look it as a business, so that we won't hurt our emotions each and every time ;-)
