Indian Team

Everybody impressed with Sachin outburst and forget about the same Chappell who had a lot of confidence in Sachin while he was not fit. But I think our senior players should have been shown way outside as they failed miserablly. Sunil Gavaskar once told someone that he you want to improve your batting bat before a mirror and you would find your mistake. In our country player does not play for the team, his past records play for him. If you see all seniors' innings in last 3 to 4 years, they played when it was obvious that without run they will be out of the team then they play one or two innings then encash it for months together. We always blamed coaches whether be Anshuman Geakwad, Sandeep Patil, Madan Lal one hand or John Wright or Greg Chappell on the other side. Coach does not play he guides to play better and ask play to show their potential, if sachin thinks that he is questioning his attitude then he should retrofit himself honestly, he will find the answer. But he will not do this as if he did, he will be out of adv. business overnight. Have you just seen how Sehwag gives his wicket, it is rediculous. His runout was hieght of that. How can you just give him another chance to do the same thing. Now it is high time to build team India as some very correctly saild that Send Md Kaif as captain and youngster team to Bangladesh. I will suggust leave Md Kaif too. Make Yuvraj Singh as captain and send a team Which is born in 1981 and after that. And prepare second lead team so that you always have a pool of telented players so that you need not to look back and ask gavaskar to pad for India. For Gavaskar I would say he still can play better than Sachin. Now What we are saying and thinking or whatever, nothing will happen, as nobody is interested in Crecket everybody is businessman and think about business in Crecket that's it.

Well put Mr. Prem Shukla. We seriously need a brand new lineup where the boys will play for the country and the GAME of Cricket itself and not get caught up in the politics and the money making syndrome that our current bunch of cricketers have enmeshed themselves in.

Why you have spared Dravid, is he not earning money through ads and BCCI. Is Dravid not responsible for India's debacle or has dravid scored enough runs in the world cup, he failed aganist bangladesh and as captain lost aganist both Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. R u still going to blame other senior playes for Dravid and Greg's failure. Has Greg not earned money, afterwall Greg was the highest paid coach in the world. Please give reasons why Dravid and Greg should be spared.

I have not spared Dravid, he also comes in Senior Players and he should also be shown way out of the team.

You have put it so right that I have nothing else to add except agree with you. Getting rid of Greg is not going to solve problems of Indian cricket and it is going to mount evenmore pressure on incoming coach.
