Thank god Greg is gone. Now let's get a coach who knows how to deal with varying personalities and isn't as authoratarian and inflexible.
A mark of a good coach is one who is able to deal with multiple personalities and can be flexible enough to get the best out of them. One who can harness and even refine the talent at his disposal. We don't need someone who constantly berates players. One who erodes their confidence instead of building it. I believe Greg played a big part in India's early exit.

I believe you are saying to find a Coach who is as good as a "Chamcha" to the big names of the team and not the one who blames the players for their failures....Right?
