Is he being invited for a marriage or a leisure trip??? Then y is he creating a big fuss. Actually its nice not inviting everybody becos too many cook spoil the broth. Each one will have their own points and will again keep fighting. Its the time when soultions have to be looked for rather than discussing the problem.
