Unorthodox Action

Australians will surely call him chucker if Malings manages to take a wicket or 2 against them because they can't tolerate asian bowlers

Why only Australians. A true Cricket fan will call Malinga a chucket. He can bowl so fast due to his strange action and gets uneven bounce. I'll say Not just Malinga, Brett Lee, Akhtar upto some extent Flintoff and each delivery of Muralidharan should be banned from Cricekt.

who ever you are i am sure you no nothing about proper cricket.rule doesnt say that your arm should be above the shoulder its just about bending to a certain limit.and if you dont konw this them i shd tell you that the new rule of 16dgs bent has been modified cas 80% of international bowlers had a bent action upto14dgs including glenn mcgrath and jeff thomson of australia had a similar action to malinga

I know Jeff Thomson having same action. But it diesn't mean you have not taken action at that time so you are not supposed to take action now also. Bowlers and Muralidharan and Malinga (May be inspired by Thomson) are setting wrong trends into the new generation.
Rules are not meant to define before game starts. You need to make the rules and amend them as and when required. Now it's time to rethink on that.

Well if Flintof is a chucker then Harbajan, Shreeshant too are chuckers. Their action is almost close to what flintof bowls

Only Muralidharan has set a trend in Sri Lanka to bowl with strange actions. First of all he should be banned. Doctors say that it is geneticla fault with his bones. Then why are you playing cricket. If you have genetical fault that doesn't mean you need follow cricket rules for bowling.
