The players definetily can not escape responsibility for the teams poor show but then neither can the coach. If he is not influencing the performance of the team in a positive manner (let alone the talks abounding of the coachs negative influence) this it self is a strong case for the coach (Greg Chappels) exit. What is the point of engaging a coach who over a period of 4 years can only look back at one debacle after another without bringing any change. What is the rationale for such a passenger to continue to be with the team ?
