very good points have been raised in this article a good batsman acts according to need and his talent. we cannot justify that tendulkar is talented only to bat at a certain position. and moreover when a batsman goes in the middle then it is his skill and determination to do something is more important. no coach, no prayers can help him at that stage. if he really has talent then he will perform. our team requires favourable conditions to perform and that is not greatness. greatness is when you perform against odds.

Man your understanding is so lacking. In ODIs facing seamers with a new ball is so different than coming in the 20th over facing slower bowlers and with a semi old ball. And also as a middle order player your mentality is to face spinners and slower bowlers. Everythings so different. No wonder the Aussie team never does this kind of experimentation. Thye never told Langer to play at no 6, he alwyas played no 1. I ask if the best team in the world doesnt do it why India has to do it and be successfull too. Jayasuriya Saeed Anwar etc etc are the great examples of how sensible those boards and the coaches were in not meddling with your star batsmans position. Please dont argue based on myopic views like this.

if you cannot face those seamers then you should not say that you are a great player bowlers like macgrath, pollock dont depend on help from the wicket. they bowl with same momentum. hasnt sachin batted at number 1 and scored a lot, hasnt he batted at number 5 and scored a lot, so why is their problem now. and how many teams have so many spinners who bowl all athe middle overs we should accept gracefully that it has been total lacking of determination and application of the players and you cant blame anyone else but only them

What you mean Do you see Test matches also? what you say about that? Tendulkar and Ganguly where they Bat? Another team is not playing on the funda of Indian Cricket that after 16-17 overs bring back Kumble and Harbhajan. Cricket is about to be mentally tough whether u r playing in Openning or lower down the order.Because openers are not sent in to just get used to the new ball they score on old balls also dont they according to you they shld get out and let the middle order batsmen do the next. comon man.
