Scapegoat
by Raj Aryan on Apr 04, 2007 03:12 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

A very good article. People instead of accepting that their stars did not perform upto their potentials are making scape goat out of Chappel. And Chappel being a Aussie will never go without giving a fight.
My question is if people does not follow what caoch is trying to teach.. then this what happens.
Chappel tried install discipline, fitness & team work in the team which was lacking all these.
I see lot of bongs hating Chappel b'coz of Ganguly episode.

Chappel is teaching to eat sh%t and how do u expect the team to learn it..... Team will respond properly if he is methodical. Look at the way John Wright did it... whole team used to listen to him.

people like u have a severe complex about bongs - perhaps saurav's aggressive success does not go down well with your likes .... just as much nehru could not stand Subhas Bose .

of course one cannot compare ganguly and Subhas bose in their relative greatness , but it is an appropriate analogy

however ganguly made one very big mistake in his life - he got chappel in , that ate into 9 months of his career. yet on his return , but for the WC he has performed remarkably....

chappel represents the typical MBA type of thinking - when highly paid MBA's usually join
any new job at a cushy post , all strategy they devise for their organization have a 2 year lead time for fructification - its convenient , since they do not have to perform on the short run , and by the time the fructification period arrives , they move on to fresh pastures.

chappel has tried the same stunt with india
and surely he will move on , now that he has been exposed.....
