by Shamik Ghosh on Apr 03, 2007 04:16 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

In the recent past under Dravid's captaincy this is India's record -
South Africa Tour - loss
West Indies tour - loss
Champions Trophy in India - loss
World Cup - loss
S E Asia seiries - loss
Only when in India in bilateral series -
Srilanka - Win
South Africa - Draw
West Indies - Win
Does he sound like an astute captain ?

Let me correct you a bit:

In south Africa, under Dravid India won a test match, which no other Indian captain had managed so far.
In WestIndies, India won the test seris for the first time after 1974 under Dravid...hence you all see why Niranjan had called him an astute captain....Test cricket is the real test guys where he has performed admirably.

WOW DRAVID IS UNLUCKY AND GANGULY WAS LUCKY....GREAT...YOU ARE PATHETIC WITH YOUR THINKING....

IT SEEMS LIKE LUCK HAS DESERTED DRAVID...SO IF WE GO BY UR POINT AND SAY GANGULY WAS LUCKY CAPTAIN AND DRAVID IS UNLUCKY CAPTAIN...DONT U THINK WE SHOULD CHANGE THE CAPTAIN NOW...SO ATLEAST INDIA CAN WIN.....

Dravid adat mein heezra hai.
Captain maat mat bana usay
Aur Niranjan hai heezron ko thakurdada,
Heezron ka kamai khata hai
Koi agaar iisco ek hazar rupiya
dene se uska hi bhajan karega.
