Try Steve Waugh as a Coach. Change the team. Choose a young player, Choose a Captain who is capable of leadership. Remove Gaguly, Sehwag, Zaheerkhan, Harbhajan (Advice them leave cricket and joing Politics, they good carrier in Politics. Due to their internal politics India lost.) Take advice from Austalia and NewZeland's selectors how to select best team????

Mr dharam, galtiyo se sikho, na ki use dahorio. One of the promt reson for India poor show is that, we believe more upon others strength, rather then looking it for in ourselves.
Any team can be a good performer in their on ways and strengths. Steve Waugh cant make Indian team an Australian team simply because the culture and systems are different. YES but Indian team can be a no 1 team if the work with their country coach, who should be well aware with strength of players and the conditions as well. And why to remove in-form Gangully? Cricket cant be played through emotions and by becoming baised. THe simple rule is performer should be in the team, non performer should be out..
