You may be efficient in your field, but don't speak like an idiot .
1) Do you think anybody believe DRAVID is a capable captain . 2) He is not at all a good motivator . 3) He always depend on Chappel . 4) World cup result - definitely should better if Ganguly IS A CAPTAIN .
You should think twice before any serious comments . Any way MR DRAVID reccommendation may be going to help in your future carrier .

thats completely foolish argument suman. Its a captain and coaches job to provide inspiration to players. There is a wave of cowardness in Dravids captaincy. There was a lot of experimentation going on and even players like sachin were made to come low down the order. The end result is Dravid failed India.. If India would have won we would have hailed him as the best captain.
