Bengalis, Stop favouring Saurav.
by Mujahid Shaikh on Apr 23, 2007 09:46 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

I strongly believe that bengalis should stop favouring Saurav.
He was the himself responsible for his exit from the indian team. He was playing horribly for almost 2 years. How can u favour a non performing player just because he is a bengali. Are u not just a bengali and not an indian.

We should leave aside all racism for the benifit of the country.

Whoever performs shall remain, else should exit.

I praise Lara and Inzy for their unselfish act of leaving the side when they are not able to perform. But our cricketers (Tendulkar, Saurav, Shewag) wont leave their places until and unless they are kicked off.

Does anyone agree with me????????????

You are right Mr. Majahid Shaikh, Sourav was a good player but not right now. He can come with good scores in local matches if he does so he can be in indian team. But in india if a player plays local matches he is not counted for ads. So everyone wants to be in indian team but will not perform.

Take a good team not by money r power. Pick the team by merit. Then there is so many options in India.

I agree to you certain extent; Are you sure Saurav not performing 2 years, he is only playing past few month after a long break given by Chappel and co. and he proved them wrong and you say he is not performing.
Then what you got to say the non performing players like Shewag, Kaif, Tendulkar, etc.,
I agree to "who ever perform remains"
Shewag inclusion in WC is a good example and it paid us dearly in the match against Bangladesh.
