Inzamam quit as his team failed to reach the 2nd round. Lara Quit as his team reached the second round, but fared badly. Flemming quit today as his team reached the semi Finals but not the Finals.
Rahul Dravid stays put, no acknowledgement of a pitiful record,real crass captaincy, no shame, just to harness the endorsement money and double match fees as captain., after first round exits in the Champions trophy and World Cup.

all three stepped down because individual performances were pathetic---as far as endorsements go i think ganguly is the biggest culprit, playing for himself rather than team. When india won 18 one dayers at a trot who was the captain? Who was missing from the team? use your grey cells instaed of such parochial banter.

If Dravid quits, who will be the next captain.Leave Tendulkar and Ganguly aside.We want a captain who can lead the team for 5 or 6 years.Yuvraj singh can be the candidate but he is not a surety in Test matches,same is the case with Sehwag,Dhoni's poor performance in WC he cannot be made the WC. Who can be the next youngster who can become the captain of team india?Any answers. Sachin and Sourav can lead the team only for a short time.But we need a captain for a long run.

Dravid could not get team support that chappel and jagdalle gave truth report to board.. we dont understand why indian do this... everybody get chance as captaicy..if you perform well, your name will be in next... you see first sachin, then ganguly, then dravid.. check records... howmany times dravid failed in their captancy..????????????

flaming was captain for 10 yrs and even last time kiwis made it to semis but failed reached fainl He did not realise that time Sl are playing like unit and all players are supporting and performaing for team cause not for sponsers or self records same team was defeated by ind team 6-1 when team had no politician super player in playing XI some superstar senior players betryed team captian and millions of fans by playing back stage polticis senior players let down team and major role in early exit of WC politicsVery easy to blame captain, What about other 10 players players%u2019s the lack of commtiment , lack of passion to win/perform, , poor body languge or groupism or petty politics played against captain and coach spending time in crease for sponsers cause, playing for self records, many players think they are leaders and not to led by skipper, superstar attitude .. dravid played under sachin and ganguly captaincy and gave 100 % commited performance but trusted same from senior players and backfired by sachin, ganguly, dhoni bajji zahir and yuvraj%u2026..

NZ winning record (of one dayers) under Flemming's captaincy is less than 50%.
he was captain for 10 yrs and in previous yrs also kiwis could not make it ot fianl but he did not resing dravid is not leading from not ever 2 yrs and has winning average of 51.77 and team ind beat the Same SL team 6-1 under dravid captaincy without super politician ganguly was not part of team.
