Cricketers for Perpetuity
by Subbu Mani on Mar 28, 2007 03:34 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

My friends do you know the reason as to why Tendulkar, Agarkar, Shewag and other senior docile players are not removed from the team. The reason is these old fellows desperately want to cling to the Indian Team so that they get commercial advertisement offers with which they earn crores and crores of rupees. Out of the revenue they earn from the advertisements they give 10% of what they earn to the selectors. Thatz the reason they are not being dropped from the team. Hence the efficiency of the team is getting effected very adversely. So friends being in eleven squad only attracts offers. So the reason is simple.

These fellows thought, the opponents were also acting in a commercial. Sadly, they were wrong.
