The match was too sober as far as Germany was concerned. They just did not attack right from the word go... Even after the Croatians scored a goal, the Germans didn't seem to be threatening at all... And its not that the Croatian defense was impenetrable... Germany after playing like this deserved to lose... Too bad that they took 3 yellow and one red card along with them...

The charm of the game is gone, may cause of EPL. EPL matches are more interesting than these. Take the example of England, they failed to qualify for EURO, and irony is they have players like rooney, beckham, lampard, terry, crouch, etc.... In 90s the matches used to be so interesting as all the teams used to play with so much of enthu... we need to watchout for teams like Portugal, Netherland, Spain and croatia... forget abt the big teams, they dont have hunger to win now.
