Well in euro play only european country and brazil, argentina, maxico has not come under eurpean country therey in america so then will play next in american cup ok dear

Dude,
This is Euro Cup. Countries partially or wholly in European continent compete for the cup. So no Argentina, Brazil, Mexico.
