And in other tournaments - no one represent their country. Its a professional events and not a country v/s country - like in other sports.

Doesn't money drive u to do your job ?? Do you work for your country ? Moreover, she has mentioned that 'Olympics you feel MORE responsible for your country'. it means olympics brings in that extra motivating factor to perform.
