We must translate the results into senior level. It can be done by nurturing,developing, coaching and managing this team (and other players,both senior and junior) in a professional, planned and a well coordinated manner. This is where Ric Charlesworth would have been very immensely beneficial. That is lost opportunity, and looking to the future a foreign coach/manager/professional who understands the modern game is needed. We owe it these youngsters to bring the best in them and do not want what happened to Deepak Thakur, Gaganajit, Kanwalpreet and others. There is no quick fix here and for instance when a player is not playing well, he needs support/help/uplifting and so forth. It will take time to build a senior side, but there has to the will, determination, accept change, accountability, and the right resources. Let us hope that happens.
