First & foremost politicians who are Lawyers shud not be allowed to practice as they indirectly influence the case as Judges are indeed appointed by politicians after severe lobbying by all concerned

i agree! and the fact that the federation got jaitley means they have done something wrong and want to make sure that they have a powerful lawyer.
