You cannot compare china &India. Two different model will produce different set of results.
Even if you find talent , you won't be able to push the talent to the limits as rights of individuals will have to be repsected.
Look at Sania ... she did very well by reaching 4 th round of US open & play Top seed in 2005... Obviously she will continue to play her natural game. ( Which is to enjoy hitting ball) we have to respect that & hope it will bring a Grad slam one day.
