I have been following the Masters this year and particularly Jeev's game as he is in a group just behind Tiger Wood's and they tend to cover Tiger on every hole.
So this morning, one of the US commentators said that Jeev grew up playing his golf at a course in Northern India which didn't have a "single blade of grass".
Can anyone tell me if that is true or the yanks are once again trying to show the world how India is pretty much a hinterland?
Personally, i find it hard to believe. This year India is hosting 4 Johny Walker tornaments, most that it has ever done. So to think he didn't have accesss to a gold course with proper greens and bunkers doesn't sound right.
