Priya Nair,
I am no Chinese agent nor approve what China does to Tibetans. If I am asked to, I will stand whole day in support of Tibetans. What I am trying to convince you all is that Tibetans are asking for too much from us. Asking us to reject the Torch that is symbol of Olympics.
Neither do I persoanlly have any problems with Bhutia's refusal to carry the torche. All I say is that he being an international level sportsman put Tibetans' cause before his nation's presence at the Olympics.
Pity that I could not succeed in convincing you all.

Dear Jonas DSouza ,u cannot understand what a big threat china is to our nation..........it was a blunder committed by Nehru to accept chinese aggression into Tibet..........if Tibet be a n independent state, then it will act as a buffer between India and china...........that will be of great interest for our motherland...........bcoz dragons are always trying to engulf it since 1962...............and our spineless leaders are bowing their heads in front of them in fear...............so at least Bhutia ,being a David, shows the courage to take on Goliath............

Dear Jonas DSouza,
bhutia is actually doing india proud internationally. now the whole world knows that there are people in india who is opposed to any form of human rights violation.
his act will give an opportunity but more importantly the courage to the whole world to stand against human rights violation.
