This is perfect as long as monies invested are not from budget, domestic savings.
It is grotesque to believe that organizing F1 racing is the means and end of Indian Olympics Association. They should put their effort in locating more Budias and train them to take a shot at Olympic Gold with their managerial time. Do not waste reams of paper and time on this kind of sport that is the pursuit of monied few.

een i dont like the IOA useless people to be invlolved in the project . But the problem is that as a protocol, F1 HAS to deal wiith the local sports authority while establishing a new venue...
