Rahul, a role model!!!!

Dravid is most professional sportsman in the world without any doubt. I have seen him practice as a youngster. He is so focused on everything he does. Such a thorough gentleman. No histrionics. No Deepika, no controversies, no flamboyance, no balck mark etc etc. He is an exceptional personality. I wish I could be mor elike him. He got married according to his parents, very low key, now has a kid, dream of every man in India. When I lived in Bangalore, I never saw him in the news, cutting ribbons, inaugrating a fashion show, walking the ramp, getting drunk in a pub, misbehaving with girls...nothing...he is perfecionist!!!!I admire his qualities. The only AD I can remmber of Rahul's is the Reebok AD in retail stores. Do you know? He is the only Indian selected to represent Gillete worldwide along with Federer, Thierry Henry and Tiger Woods!!!!I only hope the youngsters of India follow his example. He is an awesome role model.

Dravid is an experienced quality cricketer, thats it! Seems like you are talking more about your view on life than that of Dravid. This is not the right forum to expose your self personality. These kind of opinions hold greater readership in matrimonial columns.

So getting married according to your parents' wishes is an achievement now??? Dravid was a low-key person, and so low key he was that he could not even connect to his team when he was the captain. Too gentlemanly to be in the captain's position, no wonder he was such a dismal figure in that role.

I don't think marrying according to parents wish is good for indian society. Aren't you grow up to pick a right girl for your partner. Still living in old tradition. what a shame

Mr. No name, for you information just check the Gillete worldwide ad in international newspapers. It has only Federer, Thierry Henry & Tiger woods.. ( Dravid is added only in Indian ad.. he is not an international star ). Anyways he is a great guy, but as a captain he did many mistakes which badly hurted Indian team.

Hi GRT Guru,

Get your facts right before spewing your frustrations on a public forum. Read the folowing link. Dravid does appear in the world wide Ad.

BTW, I don't agree with the views expressed by the nameless creature who has commented about dravid being good because he got married according to his parents!! LOSER!
