Fundamantalists are coming from across the country with arms and amunition and freely visiting the places at their will and killing innocent people. The govt. is not able to stop them as they have no planning or responsibility towards the people. There is a condemnation after the blast. The govt.'s responsibility over there.

My dear fundamentalists does not come from other side of the border, if they are coming only once this type of blasts occour, have common sense, these blasts are being carried out by Hindu Terrorist outfits viz VHP,SIV SENA, BAJRANG DAL AND SOME MEMBERS OF BJP.as long as India and Indians ignore to this fact India will never be safe. So try to destroy these hindu terrorists and fundamentalists.
