Honest hard-working people should ask for a separate state, just like Jharkhand and Chattisgarh. Then crooked blackmailing quota-mongers can be left behind. They can then rot in the corruption hell of their own making. Honest people can choose to live together in a harmonious and progressive society, while corrupt dishonest people can live together with their warped and devious value system. People with irreconcilable differences should not be forced to live together. There should be freedom of choice in choosing whom to live with based on credibility and trust. I don't trust dishonest cheating quota-mongers and their riotous blackmail brigage. We should live separately. I want a divorce. Now. I will not stoop to endlessly trying to convince the corrupt and the crooked that their values are wrong. Only a separate state will put an end to the argument.
