bjp ruled states are doing well in all sectors. their performances are reviewed in every three months by bjp committee based on services to people whearas congress chief ministers performances are reviewed by sonia alone based on their chamcha and licking calibre.

Congress performance has always been evaluated by their higher ups but differently.
Only people who evaluate it are either Nehru-Indira clan member or their chamchas.And that too in terms of how much loot was received from poor people in the name of poverty & humanity.
