Just because some party is in power at centre does not mean they don't need to face the floor test. They have to prove they have majority support. BJP is a master manipulative party they know how to prove majority. At this point they have both money and muscle power to buy independent MLAs. Firstly it is their right to form the government.

Why the ref to DMK. DMK bought el;ections with Congress and won 168 out of 233. The alliance parties are supporitng them. DMK govt has done many good thing than many other state govts.
